Session Title:

Life Beyond Addiction: Holistic Practices to Help You Move Beyond Addiction and Thrive In Life

Session Details:

In this 75-minute experience, Tommy Rosen explains why many people who have found recovery still struggle to thrive in life. You will learn about the ‘frequency of addiction’, how to spot it, and how to break the pattern to create new, more empowered, ways of living. Through the use of breathwork, meditation and movement, Tommy will share specific tools for professionals and those in recovery to shift their frequency to one that empowers them to obtain optimal health, let go of unsupportive behaviors, and fully recover from any addiction.

The workshop will provide explanations, examples, and experiences so that those in attendance can walk away with tools they can use immediately to shift out of the frequency of addiction and into a life of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment.

Tommy will end the presentation with a Q&A.

The goal is freedom. The intention is a full life.

What are you looking forward to most at #MPRCCT2024?
