Tai Chi 4 Recovery is a combination of Tai Chi Chaun & Qi Gong exercises. It utilizes both a top down and bottom up approach to recovery. We will engage in gentle stretching, breath work & movements corresponding to the recovery concepts taught in the Serenity Prayer; serenity, acceptance, letting go, courage and wisdom.
